36 HOURS IN LONDON
London is a city with an authentic personality. A place where you can be yourself - or play the role you always wanted to act -; wear your golden boots, strike a pose like a true street style star, and take the streets with determination to buy fashion, breathe art, and eat delicious. Maybe because it was here where important movements such as Swinging London, Punk and The Beatles took place, that inspires us to reinvent ourselves, encourages us to celebrate our freedom, and to decide how we live the time, alongside our Coco Scander. Whatever you are looking for, this is the city, and this is the moment... What would we do in only 36 hours in the city?
Find our list with the spots that you can’t miss, and that will give a hip look to your Instagram feed.
DOVER STREET MARKET LONDON
This is the original venue where the story of the iconic Dover Street Market began, a space for art, music and fashion, founded by Rei Kawakubo of Comme des Garçons. We chose it because you can’t start your tour of London without wearing the right look (which combines with your Coco Vela) signed by J.W. Anderson, Balenciaga or the Row, and take inspiration from their space dedicated to art.
18-22 Haymarket, London
NOTTING HILL & PORTOBELLO ROAD
A captivating neighborhood, not only because of the color of its streets and its architecture, but because its people seem to be relaxed and happy 24/7. To walk at our pace, plus a glass of wine at noon, is what we look for during our holidays. To do both, we suggest you take your time to capture great photos at the foot of the facade you want, and finish the stop with a drink in the pub the best vibe. Why don’t you try to combine the strap of your Niklaas Fritz with your spot to photograph?
Surely on more than one occasion, when you scroll down to your Instagram feed, you have given like to a monochromatic lounge, with armchairs and pink walls covered with paintings. This is Sketch, the perfect restaurant to see and be seen, where you will enjoy drinks, dishes and music for a memorable night (designed by India Mahdavi). Find also the perfect photo of your Niklaas Fritz Coco Dorado in the bathroom, a great spot that we will not reveal to you in these lines.
9 Conduit St, Mayfair, London
One of our favorite museums and spots of the British capital dedicated to art and culture. The space itself is spectacular, combining the best of architecture and classic London style, with flashes of modernity. Take your own pace to admire the harmony of its spaces, and find its most photogenic spot. Before arriving, explore their cultural agenda; in addition to their exhibitions they have great workshops. www.tate.org.uk
THE LONDON EYE
What better way to conclude this short tour of London, that to do it in the romantic London Eye. Do not confuse it with any tourist trap, this is really a must- see point of this sparkling city. Day or night will give you an unforgettable shot, although we suggest you attend at night, and as a couple.
